GLENS FALLS — It was a good night for Saratoga Springs graduate Danny Hobbs. The Siena sophomore pitched Oneonta to a 5-2 win over the Dragons on Wednesday.

Hobbs pitched six innings, giving up two runs on six hits and striking out five.

The Dragons had won their previous three home games, going back before the brief all-star break.

Glens Falls had scored first (Ryan Beamish drove in Anthony Vaglica on a double in the first inning), but gave up that lead in the third. The Dragons tied it up in the fourth (Dan Lowndes drove in Matt Hamel in the fourth), but the Outlaws scored three runs in the sixth and that score held.
