MANCHESTER, N.H. — The Adirondack Thunder earned the sixth win over their last 10 games, all on the road, with a 5-4 victory over Manchester on Saturday in an ECHL game.
The win tied the Thunder for first in the North Division.
In a back-and-forth contest, it was finally decided with 6:52 left when Brian Ward gathered a rebound off Desmond Bergin’s saved shot and scored his fifth goal of the season.
Bergin, Kevin Lough, Dylan Olsen and Ty Loney scored the other goals. Two of them came on the power play. Loney had four points for the game.
The Thunder are off until Tuesday, when they play at Reading.
