Representative Stefanik, where is the congressional oversight of the executive?

So let me get this straight. Representative Stefanik has no problem with Trump making a declaration of war (on Twitter, mind you) against a sovereign country, when the United States is under no immediate danger or threat from that country, has absolutely nothing to gain from said action, with no definitive proof of the reason for such action, with no long-term political or strategic goal, all while possibly provoking a greater war with Russia and its allies, and the further destabilization of the Middle East in general; at the cost of millions of dollars, not to mention the unnecessary loss of life, all under a clear violation of the Constitution pertaining to War Powers, the AUMF, and international law?

Apparently, she does not. Her silence and complicity on this issue is deafening. Why has she not joined with her colleagues on both sides of the aisle calling on Donald Trump to bring his case for war with Syria to the Congress? Is it that she believes the U.S.’s best efforts at humanitarianism for the victims of the Syrian war are to bomb them?

If Stefanik really supports the troops like she always says she does, she would get off the bench and speak out against this madness.
