WATERFORD — Divers located the body of the missing 14-year-old boy with autism Thursday evening.
According to The Post-Star's news partner WNYT-TV NewsChannel13 reports, 14-year-old Anthony Blaauboer's body was found at about 5:45 p.m. about 200 feet downstream from where his clothes were found.
The body was in about seven feet of water.
Volunteers, police and search teams began searching for Blaauboer on Wednesday in Waterford near the confluence of the Erie Canal and the Mohawk and Hudson rivers.
The teen reportedly went out for a walk Wednesday and was reported missing when he didn't return.
