Parts of the southern Adirondacks may get up to 8 inches of snow by Tuesday night as another storm moves into the region.
The storm is setting up like the one Friday that brought several inches of snow to much of Warren County, and more in the northern part of the county as well as Essex and Hamilton counties.
The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory for central and northern Warren County as well as points north and west from 1 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday. Expect slick roads in these areas for much of Tuesday, with 4 to 8 inches of snow accumulation in Hamilton and Essex counties.
The Glens Falls area and much of the Hudson Valley will likely see mostly rain from the storm, but higher elevations will see more frozen precipitation.
