The warning calls for 12 to 18 inches of accumulation for southern Warren County, but areas to the north and west may see more. A mix of sleet, freezing rain and snow is possible as well.

Numerous schools are planning early dismissals on Tuesday ahead of the storm including Cambridge, Fort Edward, Hadley-Luzerne, Lake George, Schuylerville and South Glens Falls.
