Video: Queensbury highway department worker plays excavator basketball
Watch Scott Rowland, 20-year veteran with the Queensbury Highway Department make it rain buckets during the Warren County Highway Employee Safety Days held Thursday at the county fairground. Rowland said "Experience" is the key to his posterized prowess. “I’ve been running excavators since excavators were built,” he said with a laugh.
