QUEENSBURY — A Queensbury man who was arrested in February for having several guns that had been stolen during a burglary has been sent to state prison.

Dakota S. Tracey, 32, pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession of a weapon in connection with his arrest by the Warren County Sheriff's Office.

Police said the guns had been stolen during a burglary in Washington County.

Tracey, who had a prior felony conviction, was sentenced by Warren County Judge John Hall to 3 years in state prison to be followed by 5 years on parole.
