QUEENSBURY — A two-time felon who was arrested last spring after he heavily damaged an ex-girlfriend's vehicle pleaded guilty to a felony Wednesday in Warren County Court.
Brian T. Hill Sr., 51, of Queensbury, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a felony, after a Warren County Sheriff's Office investigation into damage to a woman's vehicle earlier this year. The vehicle suffered over $1,500 in damage.
Hill pleaded guilty to felony criminal mischief, and Warren County Judge John Hall put him on interim probation for a year.
If he does well, he will be allowed to withdraw the felony plea and plead guilty to a misdemeanor. If not, he faces up to 7 years in state prison.
