QUEENSBURY — A Queensbury man was charged with two felonies for allegedly violating an order of protection at a home on Moorwood Lane, police said.
Nicholas J. Oudekerk, 29, was charged with felony counts of aggravated family offense and aggravated criminal contempt after police were sent to the home to check on the welfare of a person, according to the Warren County Sheriff's Office.
Police found Oudekerk had contact with a person who has an order of protection against him, and no injuries were reported. He has a prior felony criminal contempt conviction in 2014, police said.
Oudekerk was lodged in Warren County Jail, pending arraignment in Queensbury Town Court.
Sheriff's Officer J.C. Kearns and Sgt. Ben Geisler handled the case.
