Redacted Mueller report expected to be released by mid-April

The letter that Attorney General William Barr sent to Congress on March 29 is photographed in Washington. Barr told Congress to expect a version of the special counsel's Russia report by mid-April.

GLENS FALLS — A protest has been scheduled for Thursday outside the Glens Falls office of U.S. Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-Schuylerville, calling for the full release of the report of special counsel Robert Mueller.

The event will take place at 5 p.m. at the office at 5 Warren St. The public is invited.

This is part of a national day of protests calling on Attorney General William Barr to make public the entire report of investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Barr last week issued a summary, saying that no evidence of collusion was found between President Donald Trump’s campaign and Russia. He also said the special counsel had not reached a finding that Trump had obstructed justice, but neither had he exonerated him of that crime.
