QUEENSBURY — A Fort Edward woman who was arrested last week for allegedly assaulting a worker from National Grid has been charged with possessing two stolen credit cards as well.
Patricia A. Lafferty, 25, was charged Friday with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, after an investigation by State Police, officials said.
The complaints date back to May, alleging she stole two credit cards in Queensbury.
Lafferty was arraigned and returned to Washington County Jail, where she is being held on felony assault and unlawful imprisonment charges for a Sept. 11 attack on a utility worker who had gone to her home on Broadway in Fort Edward to disconnect the power.
She allegedly attacked the woman from behind, causing serious facial injuries.
