GLENS FALLS — Part of Glen Street was closed for a period of time Wednesday morning as police investigated the discovery of a body in a downtown building.
Police said the body of a young man was found in 206 Glen St. around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The man had been working as a contractor in the building when he was found deceased by another person who was in the building, Glens Falls Police Detective Lt. Peter Casertino said.
The man had no obvious injuries, and there were were no indications that the death was suspicious, Casertino said.
An autopsy was to be performed to determine his cause of death. No further details were made available as of late Wednesday.
Also known as the Colvin Building, the building contains retail and office space.
