CORINTH — A Porter Corners man was arrested Sunday morning after he allegedly threatened a rescue squad crew that was assisting a relative of his, according to State Police.
Joseph C. Golden, 48, was charged after a crew from Corinth Emergency Squad called police to report a problem when they responded to a medical call on Hummel Drive around 5:20 a.m., authorities said.
Golden allegedly made an unspecified threat toward emergency medical technicians as a relative of his was treated, and when state troopers arrived he allegedly fought with them as well, State Police reported in a news release.
No injuries were reported, but Golden was charged with misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment of property, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration, police records show.
He was released, pending prosecution in Corinth Town Court.
