The winners of yesterday’s “The Odyssey of the Mind” competition between teams from more that 30 area schools have been announced.

In the “OMER to the Rescue” competition, Salem Central School District took first spot in division one and the Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs topped division two.

Geyser Road Elementary School won the division one “Hide in Plain Sight” contest, and Glens Falls Middle/High School placed first in division two.

“Leonardo’s Workshop” was won by Geyser Road Elementary School, Salem Central School District and Ballston Spa High School in divisions one, two and three, respectively.

“Structure Toss” saw Malta Avenue Elementary School and Saratoga Independent schools top divisions one and two, and divisions one, two and three of “Opposites Distract” were won by Lake Avenue Elementary School, Galway Central School District and Ballston Spa High School, respectively.
