Moreau man arrested on contempt charge
MOREAU — A Moreau man was charged with felony criminal contempt Saturday for allegedly violating an order of protection, records show.
Todd D. Derush, 38, was arrested after State Police received a complaint Friday night about a violation of a protective order, according to the State Police public information website.
He was located early Saturday at a home on Fortsville Road and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, the website showed.
Derush was arraigned and sent to Saratoga County Jail for lack of bail, according to the website.
