BALLSTON SPA — A man from Tennessee who had an unregistered handgun when a vehicle he was in was pulled over in Moreau in June has pleaded guilty to a felony charge.
Tylor R. Green, 23, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a firearm for the June 13 arrest by State Police on Ebenezer Road.
Police said he was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped around 6:30 p.m. that day.
An unregistered handgun was found under the passenger seat, and Green was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon, State Police said. Green is a construction worker who is in the area for seasonal work.
Green is free, pending sentencing Jan. 30 in Saratoga County Court.
