BALLSTON SPA — A man from Scotia pleaded guilty Friday in Saratoga County Court to a felony sexual abuse charge.
Paul J. Hatalski, 46, pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual abuse in connection with a May sexual assault in Corinth, according to the Saratoga County District Attorney's Office. He was arrested by State Police from the Wilton station May 15, three days after the crime occurred.
Hatalski faces up to 7 years in state prison when sentenced Nov. 11, 2019, though he could avoid a jail or prison sentence if he has no further criminal arrests over the next year. He is free pending sentencing.
