HUDSON FALLS — A Hudson Falls man who was arrested last month for injuring a police officer during a drug arrest was arrested again Thursday for possessing cocaine, police records show.
Vincent S. Record, 30, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, in connection with a State Police investigation, the agency's public information website showed. He was arrested on Margaret Street.
The arrest comes less than three weeks after he was charged with felony assault for allegedly injuring a police officer when charged with felony assault and criminal possession of a controlled substance in Moreau.
He was released from custody in that case within days.
Record was sent to Washington County Jail on Thursday as well, but released by Friday night.
