Sunday's freezing rain and sleet will make driving dicey, and Monday will bring another round of high winds that could cause power outages.
A high wind warning is in effect for Washington County and western Vermont, with higher elevations seeing gusts of up to 65 mph.
Adjacent areas will also see high winds, but gusts should not be as bad.
Power outages are likely around the region as trees and limbs bring down utility wires.
The high wind warning is in effect from 2 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday.
Until then, expect freezing rain and drizzle on Sunday that will make roads slippery around much of the region, with more snow and sleet to the north of Glens Falls.
