Republican voters will go to the polls Tuesday in GOP primaries for U.S. Senate and the 21st Congressional District seat.

Polls are open from noon to 9 p.m.

In the 21st Congressional District, Matt Doheny, an investment fund manager from Watertown, and Kellie Greene, an international business consultant and recent seminary graduate from Sackets Harbor, are seeking the Republican nomination to challenge U.S. Rep. Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, in November.

Three candidates are seeking the Republican nomination to challenge U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., in November.

The candidates are Wendy Long, a lawyer from Manhattan; Nassau County Comptroller George Maragos; and U.S. Rep. Robert Turner, R-Queens.
