QUEENSBURY — A Glens Falls woman is headed to prison for selling prescription drugs while on probation for a felony theft conviction.

Erica L. Cosia-Rebanales, 33, pleaded guilty to felony criminal sale of a controlled substance for a May 3 sale of clonazepam during a police investigation.

That sale came less than 3 months after she was sentenced to probation for a grand larceny conviction that stemmed from theft of a debit card that was used at a store in Queensbury.

Cosia-Rebanales was sentenced by Warren County Judge John Hall to 2 years in prison for the drug sale, and 1-1/3 to 4 years for violating probation in the grand larceny case, with the sentences to run concurrently.
