QUEENSBURY — A Glens Falls man who burglarized a home while on probation for an earlier home burglary has pleaded guilty to two felony charges in Warren County Court.

Richard M. O'Leary, 22, pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree burglary for an August theft of about $600 from a home on Grand Street in Glens Falls. He also pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession of stolen property and admitted violating probation for his felony plea to grand larceny for two burglaries in Glens Falls in 2016.

He faces up to 7 years in state prison when sentenced Oct. 31 by Warren County Judge John Hall.
