CLIFTON PARK — A Fort Edward man was arrested Sunday night on felony drugged driving and unlicensed operation charges, his second felony driving arrest in less than a year, records show.
Andrew J. Shaw, 36, was pulled over on Schauber Road in Clifton Park shortly after 11 p.m. Sunday, according to the State Police public information website.
He was found to be driving under the influence of drugs and driving despite the fact his license had been suspended or revoked because of prior alcohol-related offenses, records show.
Shaw was charged with felony counts of driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, the website showed. He was released, pending prosecution in Clifton Park Town Court.
The arrest comes less than a year after he was charged with felony driving while intoxicated in a traffic stop in Fort Edward last February.
