SARATOGA — A Schuylerville man was arrested Tuesday on two felony charges this week for allegedly receiving more than $3,000 worth of disability payments despite the fact he had resumed working, police said.

Jacob R. Zakrzewski, 49, was charged with grand larceny and making a false statement after an investigation by State Police, authorities said. He had been injured and was receiving disability funds, but did not make proper notifications that he had returned to work and continued to receive the payments, according to State Police.

He was released pending prosecution in Saratoga Town Court.
