QUEENSBURY — A Queensbury man who was arrested last spring for possessing child pornography was sentenced Wednesday to up to 3 years in state prison.
Khristopher J. Terry, 43, of Ridge Road, pleaded guilty in January to possessing a sexual performance by a child in connection with a March 31, 2017 arrest by State Police. He was found to have child pornography that had been downloaded over the internet.
He has two prior felony convictions, including one for aggravated sexual assault in another state in the 1990s, court records show. He will have to register as a sex offender because of the Warren County conviction.
