GLENS FALLS — A man from Alabama was jailed Sunday after he was found to have burglarized a Glens Falls business, police said.
Sterling H. Algiere, 29, of Tuscaloosa, was found to have broken into a building at Hill Electric late Sunday, according to Glens Falls Police.
Algiere told police that he went in to the building to get warm, but he was found to have clothes and keys that belonged to the business, officials said.
He was charged with felony counts of third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanor petit larceny and resisting arrest, arraigned and sent to Warren County Jail for lack of bail, police records show.
