LAKE GEORGE — State Police arrested a Lake George man on felony driving while intoxicated charges late Saturday night, the agency's website showed.
Bobby E. Baker, 31, was stopped on Sewell Street in the village of Lake George for an unspecified traffic violation just before 11 p.m. Saturday, records show.
He was found to be intoxicated and had a prior DWI conviction within 10 years, according to the website. That resulted in charges filed Saturday being upgraded to felony DWI, records show.
Baker was released pending prosecution in Lake George Town Court.
