CAMBRIDGE — A Greenwich woman was charged with driving while intoxicated after a Saturday night accident on Route 372, police records show.
Roberta J. Stone, 37, was arrested after a 4:57 p.m. crash in the hamlet of Coila.
Her vehicle went off the road and hit a utility pole, officials said. No injuries were reported, but State Police concluded Stone was intoxicated.
She refused to take a breath test and was taken to Saratoga Hospital for the taking of a blood sample to be tested for potential drug and alcohol content.
Stone was charged with misdemeanor DWI and ticketed for refusal to take a breath test, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely, according to the State Police public information website. She was released, pending prosecution in Cambridge Town Court.
