BALLSTON SPA — A Granville man who burglarized a home in Saratoga Springs last September pleaded guilty Thursday to a felony charge.
Michael A. Coonradt, 21, of Middleton Road, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary in Saratoga County Court.
He was one of three young men arrested in February for a Sept. 6 burglary at a home on Lake Avenue. Charges are pending against the other defendants.
Residents reported the home was burglarized while they slept, and that valuables were stolen from the home and a 2010 Mercedes taken from the driveway.
The car was found heavily damaged two days later off Church Street, police said.
Coonradt is being held in Saratoga County Jail pending sentencing May 10. The charge is punishable by up to 7 years in state prison.
