KINGSBURY — A collision at the intersection of Route 196 and county route 43 in Washington County Saturday afternoon left one person in critical condition as of Sunday evening, according to Albany Medical Center officials.

Jaime L. Frasier, 37, of Dekalb Road in Granville, suffered head trauma and internal injuries after being struck by Argyle resident Donna Durkee-Wilson, according to a release from police.

Police said Frasier was airlifted to Albany Med after the accident and Durkee-Wilson was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs.

Witnesses said Durkee-Wilson failed to stop at a stop sign and struck Frasier’s vehicle at the intersection, according to police.

Durkee-Wilson will appear in the Town of Kingsbury Court at a later date, according the Sheriff's Office release.
