CORINTH — Corinth schools were placed in lockout on Wednesday afternoon after police dealt with an incident at a home nearby that may have involved a gun.
No injuries were reported, and State Police reported a man was taken into custody after a possible threat involving a gun. The lockout ended after about 40 minutes.
The incident did not involve the school or occur on or near school property, but the school decided to use lockout procedure as a precaution.
State Police said an arrest was pending.
More details will be posted when they become available.
