QUEENSBURY — A Corinth man was charged with animal cruelty this week for allegedly not providing proper food or medical care for a dog that he owned, police said.
Christopher D. Pulver, 47, was charged with a misdemeanor count of animal cruelty in connection with a malnourished dog that was in need of medical care that was taken to a shelter in the region in recent weeks. The dog's condition was not available Friday.
Pulver was released pending prosecution in Queensbury Town Court. State Police from the Queensbury station made the arrest.
