GLENS FALLS — A boy was taken to Glens Falls Hospital after he collided with a sport-utility vehicle while riding a bicycle on Sherman Avenue on Tuesday morning.
The boy's injuries did not appear serious, as he was conscious and talking to Glens Falls firefighters before he was taken to the hospital.
He collided with the side of a Toyota SUV just west of the Glen Street intersection just after 8 a.m., damaging the bike and the driver's side mirror of the vehicle. The child was wearing a helmet.
