QUEENSBURY — A Ballston Spa man will spend 2-1/2 to 5 years in prison for burglarizing a home in summer 2017.

Joseph E. Claudio, 49, pleaded guilty last December to felony third-degree burglary. He was placed on interim probation for a year.

But he failed to pay restitution and Warren County Court Judge John Hall imposed the prison sentence.
