The city has established a website at to provide updated information on the project. Information is also being delivered to all businesses on South Street, and the project's schedule will be available through local media, including newspapers and radio and television stations.

Glens Falls Mayor John "Jack" Diamond said the city has pledged to maintain traffic flow and access to businesses during the project and to keep property owners and business owners updated.
