QUEENSBURY – Gilbert Carson Morehouse, II, 38, of Queensbury, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at home.
Born on Oct. 20, 1980 in Glens Falls, he was the son of Gilbert Carson Morehouse and Florence J. Corentto Rice of Queensbury.
Gilbert had a passion for motorcycles. He was an animal lover, especially his dogs, Crunch and Pretty girl. Gilbert was a huge fan of music and some of his favorite bands include Phish and Grateful Dead. His family meant the world to him and he loved movie nights with his nephew, Hayden. Above everything, the most important thing in his life was his son, Antonio.
Gilbert is predeceased by his grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
In addition to his mother, Florence and father, Gilbert, he is survived by his son, Antonio Carson Morehouse of Hadley; his sister, Kara Rice of Queensbury; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, at Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main St. in Hudson Falls.
Following the calling hours, all are welcome to a gathering at the family home, 43 Central Ave., Queensbury.
