Queensbury Frances Catherine (Martin) Winbauer of Queensbury, passed away on May 14, 2008.

The daughter of Frank J. Martin and Louise Welker Martin, Fran was born in White Plains, N.Y. on Dec. 5, 1920. Her family relocated to the Glens Falls area during the Great Depression. Martin and Son. She always had an artistic project under way, loved to travel, and loved spending time with her family and friends at the Hill, the lake, the camp, the pool and her home in Sarasota, Fla.
