Plated salad, with rolls and accompaniments served table-side. Menu choice of 3 entrees (Seafood, Chicken and Beef).
Dress: Black and/or red (casual, formal, or off-the-wall-bizarre - just limit it to those two colors!)

Chinese Raffle: When you arrive at the event, will be given the opportunity to purchase a sheet of 25 chinese auction tickets which will include an chance to win a door prize. The 25 tickets should be deposited into the containers provided with various items up for raffle (i.e., basket of wine, gift certificates, etc.). The first sheet of 25 tickets is $5.00, each additional sheet is only $2.00 (with each additional sheet increases your odds for winning a door prize).
Silent Auction: Packages have been put together that contain donated items from various merchants (see below). Auction sheets will be on display for all of the assembled packages, with an opportunity for all attendees to bid on. A starting bid will appear on each package (at a significantly reduced value for each package). Whoever has the highest bid wins!
