ESTOPPEL NOTICE

On November 13, 2019, the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Schuylerville, Saratoga County, New York (the "Village") adopted a
Bond Resolution, a summary of which is published herewith, and the
validity of the obligations authorized by such resolution may be hereafter
contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or
purpose for which the Village is not authorized to expend money or the
provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date
of publication of this notice were not substantially complied with, and
an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced
within twenty (20) days after the date of publication of this notice, or
such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the
New York State Constitution.
Summary of Bond Resolution
1. Objects or Purposes - the purchase of a fire truck to be used for
fighting fires, including apparatus used in connection therewith.
2. Period of Probable Usefulness - Twenty (20) years, pursuant to
subdivision 27 of paragraph (a) of Section 11.00 of the Local Finance
Law. The proposed maturity of the Bonds will not exceed five years
measured from the date of the Bonds or from the date of the first
bond anticipation note issued in anticipation of the Bonds, whichever
date is earlier.
3. Maximum Amount of Obligations to be Issued- $90,000. The Bond
Resolution herein summarized shall be available for public inspection
during normal business hours for twenty (20) days following the date
of publication of this notice at the office of the Village Clerk of the
Village of Schuylerville, Saratoga County, New York.
