Chief finAnCiAl OffiCeR
Warren, Washington & Albany Counties ARC is seeking a Chief Financial
Officer. The CFO is responsible for the overall management of the Finance
Department and its staff; financial planning, budgeting and analysis; financial
and compliance reporting to the Board of Directors. State agencies, and other
governing bodies; and administers the Agency’s retirement
Plans and investment activities.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting. Master’s or MBA preferred. At least ten years progressive
financial management experience, with five years in a leadership role in a
health care or human services environment. Experience in NYS reimbursement
mechanisms and Medicaid cost reporting. Exceptional presentation skills, and
ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including Board of Directors,
government agencies and the financial community.
