The first real waves of waterfowl migrants have arrived. Several thousand Canada geese, with a few snows mixed in, have been spending evenings on the big bay downstream of the Fort Miller Falls. Pretty impressive sight to watch them dropping in in the evening.
People are also beginning to see flocks of robins and groups of bluebirds checking out the houses. Time to make sure your bird houses are cleaned out.
