The Syracuse Crunch of the AHL made a series of player moves affecting the Adirondack Thunder on Thursday.
The Crunch reassigned defenseman Matthew Spencer and goaltender Connor Ingram to the Thunder, but recalled goalie Nick Riopel.
Spencer appeared in two games with the Crunch this season, but played 60 games for Peterborough in the Ontario Hockey League last season. Ingram played six games for Syracuse. He had a 3.36 goals-against average and .860 save percentage.
Riopel has a 3.91 goals-against average and .871 save percentage in nine games with the Thunder this season.
Adirondack plays at Kalamazoo on Friday and Saturday, before playing at Brampton on Sunday.
