Editor:

The voters of Queensbury should use great caution when casting their ballot for supervisor this year. You should disregard the hype and exaggerations. Having been elected to nine terms on the Warren County Board of Supervisors, I have had the pleasure of serving with John Strough.

I have also served with Rachel Seeber. There is no comparison in terms of transparency, experience, intelligence and political savvy. John Strough rises above his opponent on every level. Rachel Seeber won the Conservative Primary on a write-in campaign. What a joke! She was not endorsed by the Conservative Committee for good reason. She is not a Conservative, nor does she abide by Conservative principles. She wants to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to install showers for employees to use following their 15-minute break. How ridiculous.

John Strough also accepts no campaign contributions because he doesn’t want to owe anyone. Rachel Seeber accepts all campaign contributions, including allegedly a substantial one from Rich Schermerhorn, who is the current FBO at Warren County Airport. How do you think she will vote on airport issues? Hmm — I thought so.

Cast your vote wisely this year. Vote John Strough.
