Political signs on graveyard property to me are a no-no. I feel the same about a politician’s name on a national cemetery.
This is cold weather time of year. The building for homeless people should have been done by now and it should open its doors before they are half frozen waiting to go in. Regardless, I applaud you for all you do to help the unfortunate.
So now we can go in the big building on the hill to get Cool. I will always say Glens Falls Civic Center.
We have roughly five weeks before the parade in South Glens Falls — if we have a parade. I have called, stopped by, signed my name to find out about registration forms at Carriage Traders, Megan, South Glens Falls Fire Co., information telephone number 518-798-4020. It takes quite some time to prepare a float, band, etc. After leaving a message requesting information at that number and the others mentioned, I received no polite answer. As in a previous letter to the editor, I said the parade is heartwarming, enjoyable to all. At this time in our lives, the true spirit of Americanism is shown in a parade.
There are no "stay off the grass" signs on Ken and Coke's yard.
