Most school districts play music during breaks at their basketball games. The majority of those attending these games are school kids that still have good hearing. The music is too loud for people’s eardrums.

We are told to protect our hearing from loud music, noises, etc., but are exposed to this abuse of our hearing. I and others must wear hearing aids due to severe hearing loss. I have to turn the aids off when the music plays and can still hear the music. The banging sounds like fireworks. Not fun for the hearing impaired.

Please, please turn the music down. Do not expose our children and adults to any more damaging hearing loss.
