In the Dec. 23, 2017 Post-Star, there was an article stating that New York state is going to invest $9 million in water quality projects. There have also been articles lately lamenting the closing of the popular Brant Lake watering tub due to E. coli bacteria. This would seem to me to be a wonderful project to correct a problem and affect positively a vast number of our citizens.
If they have not already considered it, I would urge our esteemed town supervisors of Brant Lake and Chester, both of whom I know personally to be fine, outstanding gentlemen with the best interests of their respective towns at heart, to pursue this project.
