The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 910 announced its endorsement of Democratic state Assembly candidate Dennis Tarantino.

The construction trade union voted unanimously for the endorsement at a recent meeting, said Dennis Affinalti, the union’s business manager, in a press release issued Friday.

Tarantino, a lawyer from Queensbury, is running against Republican Dan Stec, the Queensbury town supervisor, in the new 114th Assembly District that includes all of Warren and Essex counties and parts of northern Washington and northern Saratoga counties.
