QUEENSBURY -- Harrisena Community Church will host author and theology professor Amy-Jill Levine in a lecture series Oct. 26-28 at the church on 1616 Ridge Road in Queensbury.

Levine is a professor of New Testament and Jewish Studies at Vanderbilt University and at the Centre of the Study of Jewish-Christian Relations in Cambridge, England.

Lectures will be held at 7 p.m. Oct. 26; 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Oct. 27; and 9:30 a.m. Oct. 28.

Suggested donation is $15 per person per lecture, and $5 per person for lunch on Saturday.

The series is funded in part by a grant from the Waldo T. Ross and Ruth S. Ross Charitable Trust Foundation.

Advance reservations are suggested, as seating is limited.
