QUEENSBURY -- A heavily damaged sport utility vehicle was found overturned in the Northway median south of Exit 19 early Wednesday, police said.

No one was with the white vehicle, which was on its roof when located just before 2:30 a.m. State Police are investigating.

Anyone with information in the case was asked to call State Police at 583-7000.

    You can't just run the plates or Vin #? Seems like a no brainer to me!

    Most likely the vehicle was stolen. The person driving it was irresponsible for not reporting the crash as required by law.

    Weird that there was no insurance cards or registration in the vehicle. Glad whoever it was could walk away from an overturned vehicle.

    Why isn't there more information? Who does the vehicle belong to?
